FLEXITEC is a flexible, single resin liquid-applied roofing system that has revolutionised the flat roofing industry. It can be used to waterproof new roofs as well as renovate old surfaces by overcoating them directly, without need to remove the old waterproofing.
The glass-fibre-reinforced membrane offers unrivalled versatility and durability. FLEXITEC provides a seamless, tough and flexible membrane for any roof or balcony area.

FLEXITEC SUBSTRATE RECKONER

Depending on the type, roughness and porosity of surface to be coated, the priming requirements and amount of material required can vary. The table below outlines suitable substrates, primers and typical coverage rates.

Adhesion tests maybe required for certain substrates to confirm preparation & priming requirements. All coverage rates are indicative only and subject to confirmation on the project site.

Single Resin System

Fire Tested

FLEXITEC WARM ROOF FEATURES

In a warm roof construction, Flexitec cannot be applied directly to the insulation board. A carrier layer, e.g. Restec SA Carrier Layer, has to be applied to the top of the insulation first.
