Problem This old, worn roof area in Dublin city centre was in desperate need of a restoration, and a new long-lasting waterproof protection was required. A quick and easy installation time was required so that the retail unit below could be fully operational during works.
Solution Nationwide Roofing & Cladding were brought in to complete the installation of our Flexitec system onto OSB structures and all roof areas. The walls counter flashed using preformed trims and completed in Zinc affect finish and ventilation was incorporated into all areas.
Result As a result of the systems fast application time, the flat roof was installed quickly and efficiently causing no disruption to the rest of the building.
