Activate your20 year materials guarantee.
Every RESTEC roofing system installed by a trained contractor can be registered for our 20 Year Materials Guarantee. Follow the five steps below to activate cover for an installation.

To activate a RESTEC system Materials Guarantee, the following criteria must be met.
Before Starting
- The Installer must complete the relevant RESTEC training course at an approved stockist.
- The Installer must hold a valid training certificate with a training ID number.
The process
Five steps to activate.
- 1
Retain the invoice
The Installer retains the invoice issued by the distributor for the purchase of the RESTEC roofing system materials.
- 2
Install to the manual
The roofing system is installed fully in accordance with the relevant and current Application Manual. Batch numbers and quantities used must be accurately recorded.

Complete the Installation Log
On completion of works the Installer completes the Installation Log online, linked at the bottom of the RESTEC website.

Receive your Installation Number
RESTEC validates the Installation Log and issues a unique RESTEC Installation Number by email. The 20 Year Materials Guarantee is now active for this installation, subject to the guarantee’s terms and conditions.

Present it to your customer
The Installer may then present the generic RESTEC 20 Year Materials Guarantee, their completed Installation Log and the RESTEC Installation Number to their customer.
20 Year Materials Guarantee
Active from the moment your Installation Number is issued.
None of the above constitutes a guarantee between RESTEC Ltd and the beneficiary of the RESTEC roofing system. At their discretion, the Installer may issue their own Workmanship Guarantee to their customer.
