System Overview
The Waterproofing Overlay system is designed to restore and protect existing flat roofs without unnecessary demolition, allowing clients to extend roof life quickly and cost-effectively. Also suitable for new roofing substrates.
By overlaying rather than replacing, projects benefit from reduced downtime, lower labour and waste disposal costs, and a faster installation programme.

FLEXITEC is a flexible, single-resin liquid roofing system that has revolutionised the liquid roofing industry with full-overlay capabilities.
In many cases, yes. FLEXITEC is designed to overlay many existing roof surfaces as well as install onto new decks. Always have the substrate checked first.
Cure time is 30-60 minutes. The roof can be made watertight the same day.
Trained contractors only. Training runs through RESTEC Training, and a 20-year guarantee is available to trained installers.
