System Overview
The Built-Up Roof System is a fully integrated, thermally efficient roofing solution suitable for both new build and refurbishment projects.
Combining the RESTEC SA Vapour Barrier with thermally efficient insulation and a liquid-applied FLEXITEC waterproofing membrane, it delivers a seamless, fully adhered build-up on a wide range of structural decks and substrates.

A fully integrated, thermally efficient warm roof build-up for new build and refurbishment: RESTEC SA Vapour Barrier, insulation and a seamless, liquid-applied FLEXITEC waterproofing membrane.
In many cases, yes. The Built-Up Roofing System is designed to overlay many existing roof surfaces as well as install onto new decks. Always have the substrate checked first.
Cure time is 30-60 minutes. The roof can be made watertight the same day.
The system can achieve BROOF(t4) and BROOF(t1) fire ratings. Ask the technical team for the certification that applies to your specific build-up.
Trained contractors only. Training runs through RESTEC Training, and a 20-year guarantee is available to trained installers.
