Trafficable waterproofing with a durable anti-slip, aesthetic finish for balconies and walkways.
In many cases, yes. the Trafficable Surfacing System is designed to overlay many existing roof surfaces as well as install onto new decks. Always check the substrate is structurally sound and consult a member of our technical team if you have any questions.
Cure time is 30-60 minutes. The roof can be made watertight the same day.
Trained contractors only. Training runs through RESTEC Training, and a 20-year guarantee is available to trained installers.
