RESGUARD is a liquid applied protective coating for pitched sheeted roofs. Applied in a single coat by airless spray, roller or brush, it gives tired metal sheets a decorative, protective finish with a life expectancy of 10 to 15 years, avoiding the cost and disruption of stripping or replacing the roof.

RESGUARD is a protective and decorative coating for industrial pitched metal roofs, including plastisol coated metal, galvanised steel and stainless steel. It is a protective coating rather than a waterproofing product. The standard colour is Goosewing Grey, with others on request.
Yes. RESGUARD is designed to go over existing roof sheets after a survey and thorough preparation, including treating cut edge and spot corrosion. It is not suitable for lead, tin or cast iron. Contact the technical team about fibre cement or any other surface.
RESGUARD is usually touch dry in around 6 hours and fully cured in around 7 days, depending on the weather. Apply it above 5°C air temperature, with the surface at least 3°C above the dew point.
For fire performance, ask the technical team about your specific build-up.
Trained contractors only. Training runs through RESTEC Training, and a 20-year guarantee is available to trained installers.
