RESCOAT is a hybrid MMA roof coating that brings a tired flat roof back to an even, fresh colour. It squeegees and rolls straight onto suitable existing surfaces, cures in around 15 to 45 minutes and is UV stable and resistant to discolouration. RESCOAT is a decorative finish, not waterproofing. Where a roof needs waterproofing, use FLEXITEC.

RESCOAT is a rapid-cure aesthetic coating for flat roofs that are sound and watertight but look worn. It comes in Anthracite Grey as standard, with other colours on request, and can also mark out areas that do not need a slip resistant finish.
Yes, that is what it is for. RESCOAT goes over RESTEC waterproofing systems, concrete, asphalt, GRP and other liquid applied membranes. Porous or bituminous surfaces need FLEXITEC Primer first, and an adhesion test is recommended. RESCOAT does not waterproof the roof.
RESCOAT is catalyst controlled and typically cures in 15 to 45 minutes, depending on temperature. It can be applied from 1°C, up to a surface temperature of 40°C.
For fire performance, ask the technical team about your specific build-up.
